GEICO insured the car owner. GEICO paid $100,000 to settle my client’s personal injury case.
Driver Gets $95,000 from GEICO for Herniated Disc
A driver of a car was going the wrong way down a street. She crashed head on into another driver, Mr. Smith*.
The crash happened in South Florida. The police arrested the driver who was going the wrong way.
She was arrested for driving while under the influence (DUI). She got a ticket for careless driving.
Mr. Smith had pain in his spine. He went to a chiropractor. The chiropractor sent him to get an MRI.
The radiologist read the MRI. He said that Mr. Smith had a herniated disc.
